Lois M. van Veldhoven

Lois M. van Veldhoven completed both the Master's degree in Criminal Law and the Master's degree in Family and Juvenile Law at Tilburg University in 2023. 

Lois joined the Murray Attorneys at Law team in February 2024. She traded life in Brabant for sunny Curaçao.

The firm is not unfamiliar territory for her, as she interned at Murray Attorneys at Law in 2021. In addition to her internship with us, she also interned at another law firm. She also volunteered at the Legal Aid Center for 2 years. During the final year of her Master's, Lois worked as a CDD analyst, researching money laundering risks for financial services firms. After seeing the various opportunities in the legal world, she enthusiastically chose the legal profession.

Lois is currently the brand new president of the Young Bar Association (Jonge Balie), the association of young lawyers of Curaçao.

In the coming years, Lois will continue to develop in the judicial practice.

In her free time, Lois enjoys having drinks (including a nice bites) with her friends. She also enjoys traveling to discover even more beautiful places of the world.
